Job description
Responsible for driving, achieving the team target as well as managing his/her own patch. (Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Serbia)
The Team leader has the responsibility for driving and executing Sales driven Campaigns
Responsible for developing employees through coaching.
Motivate employees to excellent individual and team performance as well as personal development.
Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager
Co-ordinates team effort across organizational boundaries and networks of people to improve work effectiveness.
Implement agreed action plan/s and forecast/s to ensure attainment of business goals.
Plan and track activity across partners, direct reports, marketing and the Territory Development Consultant group.
Revenue achievement against sales quota
Existing Account Management and New Account development - identifying prospective customer needs and developing innovative solutions to satisfy their requirements
Working with and developing relationships with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners to drive revenue
Revenue generation through targeted sales campaigns
Working as part of an Internal Sales team, each Territory Manager works on a sales territory working closely together with our field based Alliance & Channel staff and with local business partners
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracle’s Technology portfolio and partners solutions
Work with our field based staff, marketing department and resellers to plan and implement direct sales campaigns.
Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts to Manager.
Who we are looking for
1 year team leading/junior management experience or 2 years experience at senior sales level in IT
Relevant Business or Marketing education
Fluency in English as well as an excellent knowledge one of the following languages: Croatian, Slovene or Bulgarian
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
Ability to self-manage, with strong organizational and planning skills essential. Self- motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment.
Knowledge of Oracle’s technology and channels experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and persuasive skills essential.
