Job Description
With thousands of high-volume, high quality products, best-of-breed customer service and multiple channels of marketing each successful in its own right, our Learning Materials continues its steady, profitable growth. Our challenge now is finding the right person to maximize all our marketing components. Are you that person?
Privately owned and operated through multiple family generations, we stuck to its original mission for over 50 years and has now become the premier provider of supplemental classroom instructional materials in the United States. Serving the explosively growing preschool market as well as Elementary grades, we publish highly regarded catalogs, run a world class website and are continuing to expand our retail presence across the country, currently with 45 company-owned stores.
Your job is to help it all fit together.
1. Coordinate communication among all the parts of the business as we take on new marketing initiatives
2. Oversee planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing opportunities.
3. Evaluate company strategies and their impact on long-term goals
4. Promote and guide establishment of new business vehicles that make sense for us.
Who we are looking for
1. At least 5 years experience driving a multi-channel business.
2. The ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships among our units.
3. Crystal clear communication, both written and oral
4. A self-starter with high initiative and job ownership
