We want an energetic Regional Sales Manager, based in Ontario, CA, to lead our Western Regional Team. Our team is comprised of 10-12 Sales Professionals located in California, Utah, Oregon, Nevada and Washington.
Major Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager include coaching, mentoring, and supporting each team member, and achieving our sales objectives throughout the assigned Region. The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.
Who we are looking for
Qualified Candidates will possess 5 years of Sales Leadership experience with an outside sales force, with a track record of consistently achieving sales goals, a BS or BA in a Sales/Management related field, Integrity and strong moral Character, Team building skills, and able to travel 60% (3 days, 2 nights a week) within the Region.
