Job description
We are looking for a talented Market Sales Manager that is ready to take their skills and experience to the next level. This is an exciting and rewarding position with an uncapped commission structure, backed by two extremely high-profile companies in the advertising and financial services worlds. We are currently seeking an outgoing, confident, driven, savvy, and financially motivated individual. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing and motivating a field sales team in a B2B sales environment.
As Market Sales Manager you will be responsible and accountable for a B2B sales team representing a leading blue chip company in the financial services industry. You will work closely with a team of sales representatives through “hands-on” personal coaching, developing and implementing sales incentive programs to meet and exceed business-to-business sales goals. Base salary, health benefits, plus a commission on each sale made in your territory.
Your objective will be to meet and exceed business-to-business sales goals with the help of sales team and colleagues.
