IT Consulting firm needs an IT Sales Rep. Prefers someone who has successfully marketed and sold at least 2 completely different products, compensation Expectation is $9.00 per hour with potential commission high of $30,000 - $70,000 per year. The Area/Region covers a 50 Mile Radius around the Santa Clara, CA area.
Job Description:
- Bachelor Degree (Any Major), Background in IT
- Prefers someone with a background in selling IT related products and services
- Build and implement marketing plan
- Build relationships, market products.
- Must be personable
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a self starter, pro-active and able to make things happen
- Must be willing to work on a small draw with high commission
- Solicitation new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication
- Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings
- Demonstrate a successful track record of closing business
